After we receive your inquiry, we plan an initial meeting where we analyze your needs. From there, we create a tailor-made project based on your vision for your wedding. We work for you, but most importantly, we work with you. We are transparent in our planning, sharing all documentation and progress of your event with you.

Budget Plan

The detailed budget plan: on each invoice, the minimum and maximum amount spent will be shown

Guests

The list of guests and detailed information about venue numbers and individual guest requirements, such as dietary needs and travel accommodations

Accommodations

Details about the accommodations for your guests, including names of and contacts for the hotels and guests’ arrival and departure schedules

Agenda

Management of the agenda (such as supplier meetings, venue inspections, food and beverage tastings) for each of our meetings, prioritizing what you value most

Suppliers

Details about suppliers, including points of contact, methods of payment, contract negotiation, etc.

Design & Style

The creative details for your event, including all wedding decorations and day-of set up

Documents

The paperwork needed for the wedding ceremony, whether civil or religious

A chat on WhatsApp will be used for fast informations and each update

We will use a secret board on Pinterest to collect and share images with you, inspiring ideas for your own personalized event

We don't accept commission from suppliers, why?

  • We have one client: you
  • We work with transparency
  • Suppliers are happy to be chosen for the quality of their services rather than for the commissions they can afford
  • We can work with everyone, including suppliers you have found and recommend. We only require suppliers to be professional in their work and that are equally excited to start new collaborations.
  • Not asking for commissions means you can have access to discounts or bonus services from suppliers
